Kiwi and Chia Popsicles

Cool down on a hot day with these Kiwi and Chia Popsicles, a guilt-free and healthy treat made with coconut or almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and fresh kiwi slices. Easily customizable with different fruits and sweeteners to suit your taste!

(Serves 4-6)

  • 125 ml chia seeds
  • 500 ml coconut or almond milk
  • 40 ml honey or maple syrup
  • 4 kiwi’s, peeled and sliced thinly

  • Soak the chia seeds in the coconut milk and honey (or maple syrup) for at least an hour (until thick). Stir well.
  • Fill the popsicle moulds with layers of the kiwi and chia mixture, insert sticks and place in freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Unmould and enjoy on a hot day
