Date, Oats And Almond Energy Balls

  • 100g Almonds
  • 140g Oats
  • 210g Pitted Dates
  • 90g Honey or maple syrup
  • 80g Peanut Butter
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Cinnamon (to taste)
  • 250ml Desiccated Coconut

  • Place all the ingredients (except the coconut) in a food processor and pulse until it comes together
  • Roll the mixture into large teaspoon-sized balls (±25 g each) and roll into coconut
  • Store in an airtight container
