Every time a do a new cheesecake recipe – I think to myself – it is the best cheesecake ever – this time I am almost sure…… The roasted blueberries give this cheesecake the most beautiful colour and a subtle and absolutely delicious taste. The texture is silky and smooth – I pile lots of fresh blueberries on top of the cheesecake just before serving. It serves 12 people
